3rd line Engineer (Infrastructure) - £35-£45k - Near Rotherham or Wakefield or York

Nigel Frank are looking for a Systems Admin / 2nd/3rd line support to join a global logistics company based out of an office near Rotherham / Wakefield / York and support users across the country and cross-borders.

This company is forward thinking and are in the process of implementing Azure into their internal infrastructure systems in tandem with an existing O365 platform.

sitting between the build team and the support team you'll be providing support on 3rd line tickets using your own expertise to solve the most challenging issues when they are escalated.

Progression;

This role provides progression into an Area Infrastructure Manager vacancy which will be available in the future due to restructuring and expansion. Conversely the experience gained with Azure / O365 and a bespoke SAP system will put you in good stead for any Cloud Engineer roles in the future

Essential:

-Windows Server 2012+

-VMware 4.0+ or Hyper-V

-Service Desk background with multiple years' experience

-Office 365 support / administration

-ServiceNow use

Preferred:

-VMware ESXi

-Azure / AWS

-Palo Alto or similar endpoint deployment or similar
