Role and Responsibilities

* Dealing with 1st-3rd line support

* Advise over the phone and face to face to various customers

* Administrate their in house system

* Network configuration

* Problem solving

Required Experience

* Experience within a 1st- 2nd line support position

* Experience with cloud based applications

* Strong customer service skills

* ERP knowledge ( desirable)
