Lead Python Developer London to £90k

Lead Python Developer (Finance Quantitative Risk TDD BDD Agile). Would you like to take on a high responsibility role acting as a Python expert within a leading investment management firm? As a Lead Python Developer you will work closely with one of the core teams within the company and play a big part on how their Python competency evolves. You'll be mentoring and supporting the team of quants and other business users; upskilling them and helping them to adopt best software practises whilst also having an architectural input on Python applications.

Requirements:

*Strong Python programming skills

*Previous experience developing and delivering scalable applications

*Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals

*Experience mentoring, supporting and guiding others

*Financial domain experience (ideally Quant / Risk)

*Familiar with Agile methodologies

*Passion for technology and ideally an interest in quantitative model development

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
