Java Developer (JVM JEE Spring AKKA Cloud AWS TDD BDD CI/CD). Looking for an opportunity to utilise and develop your skills whilst working alongside a highly motivated and passionate development team? You could be using your Java skills to help build a revolutionary new sports streaming platform that will be used to deliver content to a multitude of customers.

Global media company is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join their development team. You will focus on backend development of large distributed systems and will tackle daily challenges around scalability and reliability. Together with your team, you will be responsible for providing a fantastic and consistent media consumption experience throughout multiple devices and formats.

Requirements:

*Strong web based Java development skills utilising JEE like solutions (Spring and AKKA)

*Significant experience developing with multiple JVM technologies and libraries

*Previous experience working with and deploying to Cloud services (AWS and Google Cloud Platform)

*Experience working on large scale, distributed systems

*Familiar with continuous deployment environments

*Excellent communication skills
