Technical Manager

A Technical Manager vacancy has become available to join the expanding Technical team, within a well-established, leading developer.

The role is based in Tamworth and will be covering sites across the West Midlands, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

Sites range from 40-250 units, meaning this role requires an individual with experience of managing multiple new build residential projects.

Technical Manager Requirements

The role with span from Land Acquisition through to Adoptions and the ideal applicant will lean towards the engineering side.

HNC/HND or with a Degree in a relevant field is necessary.

Technical Manager Remuneration

Location: Tamworth

Salary: Up to £65,000

Additional Benefits: Car Allowance/Company Car, Pension Scheme, Healthcare, 25 Days Holiday
