HELP TO LEAD THE INTEGRATION OF CREATIVITY AND TECHNOLOGY
My client is an established highly successful digital solutions agency which through its combination of business acumen and expert knowledge helps businesses improve and make the best of technology for their individual needs. They have the skills and ability to seamlessly integrate Creativity with Technology by being UX and Web Solution Specialists across a variety of platforms.
They are now looking for a new key member of their team, the Website Delivery Manager, to lead their development and design function comprising 4 internal team members and freelance support as necessary.  This position reports directly to the CTO and liaises across the business from advising in the pre-sales environment to completing agreed post sales project implementation and delivery.
The successful candidate will have:

At least two years' experience of managing all aspects of website development projects within an agency environment
Excellent experience of managing designers and developers
Great experience with project management tools such as TeamGantt, Trello etc
Good experience of managing a support desk
Understanding of web platforms such as WordPress or Magento as well as iOS and Android
Extensive experience as a designer or developer (or ideally both)
Really excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing to be able to deal effectively with a broad range of customers
Target driven and used to being measured on achievement
