The Role:
* Being one of the key players within the Engineering department
* Managing multiple projects
* Leading cross-functional teams to execute projects
The Person:
* Ideally relevant Engineering qualification (Degree/HNC)
* Knowledge of Manufacturing processes
* Experience in successfully leading cross functional teams
