Technical Architect - Government - Bristol - 6 months+ SC cleared

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced technical architect to join a central government organisation in Bristol and oversee the design and initial build of data management processes and dependent Tech Command projects.

Design management and governance is a key requirement for delivery

Essential:

Architectural leadership - Experience in an Architecture role specialising in Data Architecture, Data Platforms and Advanced Analytics, leading within an IT Change/Transformation Programme. Previous experience with large scale SOC data architecture highly desirable.

Design experience - Experience in practicing data architecture in projects and programmes. Especially useful if in a law enforcement background, dealing with cloud based approaches for government financial data. Previous knowledge of Law Enforcement secret systems and SOC datasets is also highly desirable.

Technical knowledge - Knowledge of multiple data solutions in the cloud or on premise. Experience in data engineering and exploitation tools.

SC enhanced clearance will be required in order to start in this position but DV clearance is preferred.
