Product Owner / Product Manager (Agile). FinTech business is seeking an Agile Product Owner to head up a Greenfield project, collaborating with software engineering teams on complex and interesting mathematically based systems. As a Product Owner you will partner with a new team tasked with introducing Artificial Intelligence features to their existing products for the insurance sector as the platform evolves from a desktop / on-premise solution to a Cloud (Azure) SaaS platform with a modern UX.

Initially you'll work with the product management team to understand the relevant markets, competitors and end users; you'll influence the product vision and feature level roadmap, transforming it into a user story backlog which can be consumed and implemented by engineering teams.

You will be based in Reigate in modern, open plan offices within a five minute walk of the station; there's a smart casual dress code and a good work / life balance.

Requirements:

*Strong experience as a Product Owner, leading one or more Scrum teams developing commercial B2B / B2C applications

*Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies ideally including Scaled Agile such as SAFe

*Experience of managing all stages of the product lifecycle from concept to productisation

*Meticulous attention to detail

*Dynamic character with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
