Are you a Maintenance Engineer with supervisory experience looking for highly autonomous role where you will the go to person, leading the safety and efficiency of the Maintenance team?

This position would suit a Senior Level Maintenance Engineer looking to lead and improve a prestigious rail operation.

The Role:

* Supervise maintenance staff to ensure safe and efficient planned and reactive maintenance activities

* Ensure compliance with safe maintenance procedures

* plan and prepare for maintenance, testing, modification, cleaning and repair activities

* To identify continuous improvements and work with others to improve both personal performance and operational reliability

The Person:

* Senior Level Maintenance Engineer

* Ideally have Rail experience

* Time Served or Engineering qualification

* Experience in lean or maintenance continuous improvements
