At HMGCC, we're constantly designing and delivering communication systems that protect the UK. It's a complex job, so ours is a world of custom one-offs, pioneering products and innovative ideas. And now, we're looking for natural problem solvers to join our Service Operation Centre (SOC) and support HM Government - both in the UK and abroad. Experience with call management or record management systems. Experience using and supporting Microsoft applications and the internet. Able to troubleshoot arising issues. Able to prioritise your workload To join, you'll need to be proactive and forward-thinking. And to really excel, you'll also: Bring your initiative and ability to prioritise a variety of work. Treat everyone with respect. Go the extra mile to deliver the best possible service. Constantly learn from opportunities, including mistakes. Lead with a "can-do" attitude, even when you're faced with a challenging situation. Rewards In return, we'll provide all the training you need to develop your skills. You'll also get a great rewards package that includes flexible hours and a welcoming workplace.
