You have an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and forward thinking company based in Gloucester. You'll have the chance to work on exciting projects focused around access control and intrusion products.

This is a fantastic role for someone looking to grow and develop their career within the world of Firmware and Hardware and experience the product life-cycle. If you are looking for an exciting new challenge this could be the role for you.

Day to day:

* Develop embedded firmware for new products and features within existing

* Verification and trouble shooting of firmware and hardware

* Liaising with the field installation engineers to resolve customer issues

* Review electronic hardware designed by third party companies

You will have:

* A degree level education within an appropriate electronics related discipline

* Proven use of embedded C in a design environment

* Experience of producing products to meet statutory regulations (EMC)

* Digital and analogue design experience

* Experience in PCB design and schematic entry

* Ability to work well within a team and independently

* Forward thinking
