JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Software Tester / Performance or Automation Test Engineer with previous commercial experience working within a mid to senior level position.

The Company is seeking mid to senior level testing professionals across functional, automation and / or performance testing backgrounds, to relocate and join their ever-growing team in Perth, Australia.

As a Software Tester / Performance or Automation Test Engineer, you will consult with the Company's top tier client base, covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple industries using methodologies such as Agile, V and Waterfall.

Working as the Software Tester / Performance or Automation Test Engineer you will use your expertise of test methodologies and processes, either individually or in teams responsible for delivery of testing. You will also be involved in supervision, estimation, planning, preparation, execution, defects and reporting. The Company is particularly looking for candidates with extensive experience in Automation and / or Performance testing.

As a Software Tester / Performance or Automation Test Engineer, you will ensure test strategies are implemented and undertaken appropriately at your client site. Your responsibility will be to manage multiple teams across multiple areas of the projects at a high standard. You will be given the tools you need to advance your skills and experience, while developing a rewarding career and adding true value to your career and clients.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

As part of the process you will need to undertake an in-house (Reading, UK based) or online testing fundamentals examination, followed by 1-2 Skype interview rounds with the senior management team in Perth, Australia.
