This would suit someone with MCSA or MCTS looking for a 3rd line role with an emphasis on excellent service, working with high end Microsoft based systems and a thirst for knowledge.

The Role:

- Provide 3rd Line Support on complex Microsoft Windows desktop OS and components/applications

- Mentor more junior technicians and be a source of technical expertise

- Communicating with customer on projects as well as escalations and issues

- Training to ensure knowledge is constantly expanding

- Working with: Powershell, Office 365, SCCM, AD, AppV, MDOP, InTune,

The Person

- Experienced in Microsoft OS and MCSA or MCTS certified

- Experience in SCCM, ITIL, Office 365, Powershell

- Looking for challenging work in a busy company

- Looking to work to excellent levels of service
