You're an experienced Web Developer. You may have worked in a digital agency and you really enjoy the fast pace nature of it and the chance to work across various projects, so you never become stagnated.You're sick of bending over backwards to meet client demands though and working against unrealistic expectations.
This East Grinstead based company are modelled on a digital agency in terms of projects, pace, variation etc. However, they aren't a digital agency, everything you are working on is for the company itself. No more Mr (or Mrs) external customer and their unrealistic expectations and not being a part of the company so not knowing what it takes to build what they want.
They are currently redeveloping 6 of their websites from the ground up so you'll certainly be busy. They want your ideas though, you're the expert. They want your input into way things are designed / developed and you'll be given the freedom to try out new things.
They're currently working with ASP.NET, C#, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS and SQL so experience with similar technologies is a must but the world is your oyster if you want to try out something new.
Salary between £40k - £50k, 5% bonus, 21 holidays which increase with service, pension, parking and a flexible working environment.
