Senior Agile Business Analyst - Digital - Manchester BasedSalary: £70,000 - £80,000
It isn't every day that an opportunity like this one comes around in the BA space! I am looking for a number of Senior Business Analysts to come into a leading Digital Agency in Manchester. This isn't your standard Business Analyst position, it will give you the chance to work with excellent people on large scale, interesting projects!
Main Responsibilities:Capturing Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for client's requirements.Management of the project backlog, including prioritisation with your Product Owner.Producing user journey maps, process models and other artefacts that help the team deliver.Working with developers and QA testers to understand user stories and prepare them for delivery.Collaborating with your clients to define and agree the project roadmap, being able to focus on short, medium and long-term goals.Facilitation of a variety of team ceremonies as required; sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives etc.Knowledge/Skills:Expert at requirements elicitation and articulation, with the know how to underpin your ability.Extensive exposure to delivering projects utilising Agile methodologies.In-depth knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and the ability to explain and educate others on them.Track record of working closely with other disciplines involved in software delivery; development, QA, UX and User Research.Comprehensive knowledge of workshop facilitation tools and techniques for a variety of project scenarios and Agile ceremoniesHighly capable stakeholder management skills, with expsoure to managing a variety of stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.Understanding of project management principles is essential, exposure to managing projects is desirable.If you are interested in finding out more about this role then please get in touch with Kate Wardle at Evolution Recruitment.
