Salesforce Support Analyst
An Investment bank, based in London, are recruiting for a Salesforce Support Analyst to drive business transformation across Capital Markets through a new Salesforce platform.
The Salesforce Support Analyst will be responsible for the following:
* Providing Front Office production support for local and remote users leveraging the Salesforce platform.
* Provide thorough analysis of current business work flow and ability to align the strategy to the large user base across various business divisions.
Key Skills:
* Previously worked in Banking or Financial Services - Essential.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM platform.
* Extensive front office support experience.
* Understanding of Financial Products.
* Previous roles involved being a support Analyst within Salesforce but also the Point of Contact for all issues facing the CRM business transformation.
* Ability to liaise and work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
* Windows server, UNIX and MS-SQL experience, all 3 would be preferable
The role will be based in London on a contracting basis.
