Test Architect - Test Manager Test Architect - Test Manager - Our client a global entity within the Financial Services Sector is looking for a Test Architect, You must have previous experience of successfully implementing, nurturing and coaching in agile testing practices and in the development and use of test automation frameworks. You will be involved with Test Estimates - Test Strategies - Test Plans - Test Reports - Test Phases - Governance etc. So if you have a blend of the following skills and attributes:-

'€¢Managing and delivering testing for projects'€¢ '€¢Line Management of medium sized test teams (up to 20 individuals)'€¢ '€¢HP ALM (Quality Center) - Dashboard, Management, Requirements, Testing, Defects'€¢ '€¢Test automation tools - e.g. UFT, Selenium, Tosca'€¢ '€¢Knowledge of Agile tools - e.g. JIRA, Trello, Octane - preferable'€¢ '€¢Excellent Agile project delivery'€¢ '€¢Knowledge of  DevOps delivery'€¢ '€¢Implementing Agile testing practices'€¢ '€¢Experience of designing, building and maintenance of test automation frameworks'€¢ '€¢ISTQB Foundation Level certification'€¢ '€¢Delivered  testing in the insurance industry - preferable'€¢ '€¢Non-functional testing'€¢ '€¢Managing offshore test teams'€¢ '€¢Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills'€¢ '€¢Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Project'€¢ '€¢Enthusiastic, self-starter able to be proactive and take initiative'€¢ '€¢Ability to manage priorities, have good time management skills and able to work to deadlines'€¢ '€¢Ability to investigate alternative solutions and to challenge proposals constructively'€¢ '€¢Ability to influence decisions from a position of authority'€¢ '€¢Ability to accept decisions of others and work towards common goals'€¢ '€¢Ability to take responsibility for decisions taken and subsequent results'€¢ '€¢Possesses and promotes high standards of professionalism at all times
