Location: London/Leatherhead

Salary: Up to £65,000

The organisation are looking for UX Designers to strengthen their teams. Talented individuals such as yourself help in meeting growing demand from their client's across the public and private sector. The work varies from rapid prototyping to multi-year digital transformation projects.

To be considered for this role you must hold, or be eligible to hold, the appropriate level of UK Security clearance. Due to the nature of client facing, you should be prepared to travel UK wide to client sites as required.

Roles and responsibilities:

The role is very hands on and ideally you'll have experience in user-centred design practices for web, service or software development. As well as a proven understanding of user needs for web content, tools and transactional services, especially those with complex user journeys.

- Producing use flow journeys to identify potential and current bottlenecks throughout the process.

- Contribute to inception phases with clients in helping build future design requirements.

- Problem solving.

- Stakeholder management and teamwork.

- Mentoring junior designers
