SQL Server DBA - Hertfordshire

A new SQL DBA role has just opened up in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire and due to growth in the company, they are looking for a SQL DBA who has the passion and skills to be able to be part of this, with the chance to progress through and with this company.

In this role, you will be very proactive working on the SQL Server environment, which you will be able to assist in helping existing and core system integrations. In this role you will be responsible for the database server resources and configuration items, in which you will ensure the best system availability.

In this role, you will be able to manage the installation, configuration and the management of all the middleware systems. You will work alongside the infrastructure teams whilst assisting with the day to day duties.

Experience Required;

* Great knowledge of SQL Server (2005 and above)

* Experienced with T-SQL skills

* Experienced is (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Postgress, Websphere etc.)
