Technical Solutions Consultant with native French wanted for our Zurich based client.

Your experience/skills:

* University Degree in Software Engineering and/or Computer Science as well as at least 4 years of relevant engineering experience in a customer facing role

* Strong troubleshooting skills in common web technologies, such as HTTP(S), (S)FTP, and REST APIs Bash and Python scripting are must have

* Strong demonstrable knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases (automation, report generation, root cause analysis) is desirable

* Familiarity with version control and Linux, Unix or Mac terminal environment

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially for working across geographically dispersed functions and with various cross functional stakeholders

* Languages: Fluent French and English, both written and spoken

Your tasks:

* Providing an end-to-end support to the business partners, from deployment of code to solve business challenges to ongoing support of daily business

* Helping the clients resolving day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions as well as providing a day to day support to the front line teams with technical questions coming from partners

* Designing and implementing reporting dashboards and SQL queries

* Providing documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients' integrations

* Improving product offerings by providing client feedback on the company's features

* Ensuring the prompt and proper resolution of any technical challenges
