Data Warehouse Architect

Spring are working in partnership with a forward thinking and influential organisation looking to recruit a data warehouse architect to deliver a key role within a core data warehouse project

Your job will be:

As a data warehouse architect you will be responsible for the technical build and maintenance of a data warehouse. Working alongside a talented team of analysts you will be providing self-service reporting and analysis built on sound data principles

Your responsibilities will be

*Contribute to the development of the data warehouse environment including data discovery, mapping and modelling

*Monitor, troubleshoot and recovery of the data warehouse ensuring routines run as expected

*Ensure all underpinning software components are optimally configured

*Lead on performance management and tuning and applying the security model across the environment

*Work with business intelligence analyst to maintain and update the data warehouse repository

You will need

*Strong experience within database design within a SQL Server environment

*Previous business intelligence knowledge or experience

*Proven track recording of ETL design and development

*Experience with data warehouse governance

*Strong people skills, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
