Senior IT Project Manager - London - £60K

Role will include:

* Mentor and support other Project Managers within the team

* Daily project updates and project reporting

* Maintain and update RAID logs

* Create and maintain Time UsedReports / Burn charts

* Daily Resource allocations and schedule management

* Daily interactions with internal and external Stakeholders

* Timesheet approvals and financial reporting on projects

* Daily project update calls with clients

* Daily task updates with project team

* Ensure projects are on track and within budget

* Understanding when it is necessary to escalate any problems where unable to resolve

* Other duties as necessary

Desired Skills and Experience

* Proven PM experience

* Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management across a range of models - Agile; PRINCE2; PRINCE2 Agile; etc

* Proven experience in providing service to internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes

* Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment

* Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills

* Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

* End-user experience of SharePoint would be an advantage

* Experience of managing a small team including mentoring, support and goal setting
