The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Software Engineering professional to take responsibility for the line management and professional development of a medium sized team of software engineers, ranging from graduates through to senior levelx. It is expected that this will be approx.
20-30% of the role with the remainder being regular project work. You will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the development of the software engineering discipline through continuous improvement activities as well as supporting the professional development of your team to meet the future needs of the business
Your Experience
The successful candidate for this role will have demonstrable experience working in the software engineering profession with a technical leadership background (ideally experience with C# or Java Development). You will have had experience in leading and developing the capability of teams to meet specific objectives. You will also have excellent stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful delivery of complex projects
