Business Project Manager / SCRUM Product Owner wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
* Profound understanding of business and IT environment including key business processes in the financial Industry
* Prior experience with Agile Project Management and Delivery, ideally with background in dealing with different cultures as well as Onshore-, Nearshore- and Offshore locations
* Experience in Target Operating Model definition, Business Process re-engineering or Business Workflow implementation
* Fundamental MS Office knowledge, Appway experience is desirable
* Experience in Client Onboarding is of high advantage
* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is advantageous
Your tasks:
* Providing services to the Digital Workflows Scrum team, including contributing to the task of three Product Owners
* Representing business stakeholders during process design and implementation
* Defining and prioritising features, epics and user stories for Agile development as well as evaluating the Scrum team's implementations
* Engaging with key stakeholders of several departments and coordinating Business Analysis and Requirements Engineers
* Managing and conceptualising of end-to-end requirements from a business perspective
* Participating in Program Management activities, such as status reporting, adoption tracking and preparation of presentations as well as documents
