Urgently seeking a Premises / Estates Project Manager for a 14 month contract in London to start ASAP. The role is working for a global commercial customer as they are relocating their office space.

Key Duties

* Providing leadership on the project and delivering to agreed timescales

* Translating business requirements into what can be practically implemented in the new office space

* Collaborating with construction and technical teams to ensure the solutions are implemented correctly

* Liaising with client and architects / suppliers to ensure design requirements met

* Reviewing project plans and allocating resources

* Budgeting and costs management

* Stakeholder engagement on project board

* Working to agreed delivery frameworks

Key Skills

* Extensive project management experience, ideally working on at least 4 similar projects previously

* Experience of working on large scale construction projects - full lifecycle

* Managing office relocations and restacking exercises with minimal building swing space / relocation change management activities

* Understanding of open plan flexible workspace including physical design and people change aspects

* Construction tendering process

* Mitigating risk on the project

* Knowledge of Construction Design & Management (CDM) regulations and Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) desirable

* Prince2, MSP, Agile Project Management preferable
