Responsibilities:

*Category Management & Sourcing Execution for: ERP Software and IT based services

*Accountable for commercial strategy & structuring and negotiating supplier contacts to underpin and transform client's ERP & Group Functions Software requirements

Skills Required:

*Responsible for Executive Level Relationships with strategic suppliers such as Oracle, SAP.

*Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders such as the client CTIO, MD Technology (CIO), CFO Technology and management team on commercial services and sourcing approach.

*Relationship and negotiation skills required for leading complex pan-category negotiations with global suppliers including Oracle, SAP.

*Effective communication skills required to interact with stakeholders and team members and agree on sourcing strategies and key activities.

*Change management skills to delivery transformation and operational excellence across the team
