We are looking to recruit an ambitious gradate/trainee who is looking to forge a successful long-term career in the sales industry. Trainee Recruitment Consultant is to headhunt, organise, negotiate and sell whilst working towards sales targets. You will be responsible for business to business sales, managing processes, qualifying candidates and looking to take charge of their personal business. A career in recruitment can be incredibly rewarding as we recognise our talent and will always look to progress our staff in the right direction.

We're looking for:

* Bachelor's degree would be desirable but not essential

* Relevant sales/recruitment experience (preferred)

* Strong work ethic with an attitude to always do your best

* Ability to persuade with confidence

* Resilience, perseverance and positivity
