Java Technical Architect (Software CI/CD Agile Java). Global FinTech is seeking is seeking a highly skilled Java Technical Architect to join the Software Architecture Team. You'll be responsible for designing and architecting OTC pricing and Exchange Market Making systems; identifying and developing strategies for long term renovation.

As a Java Technical Architect you will be responsible for both short and long term technical business projects, assessing the impact and proposing solutions; you'll partner with development teams throughout project delivery and liaise with business experts to refine and determine solutions ensuring integration and conformance to related architectural policies and strategies.

You'll be based in stylish City based offices with a software house atmosphere, smart casual dress code and a good work / life balance.

Requirements:

*Experience of designing / architecting large, distributed systems

*Good knowledge of low latency high performance processing and messaging technologies / architectures

*Strong core Java software development background

*Ability to think at high level and see the big picture as well as the technical detail

*UML modelling skills

*Good knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI/CD) and Build systems

*Good understanding of Agile principles and how to apply them

*Collaborative team member with excellent communication skills; approachable, pragmatic and able to achieve buy-in

As a Java Technical Architect you will earn a competitive salary (to £110k) plus bonus and 12% flexible benefits package.
