One of our key, blue chip clients are looking for an SCCM Administrator to join the team on a long term programme of work.

Key Responsibilities:

The Microsoft SCCM Admin will be responsible for patch and Image management, Software deployment. Should possess basic knowledge in networking and AD administration. The right candidate would have an aptitude to prioritise and execute tasks independently without escalations in a high-pressure environment.

*Work closely with peers in the deployment of Microsoft updates, third party patching, application and operating system deployments and Windows 10 servicing.

*Resolve tickets and incidents opened by end users for SCCM client, application/ patch deployments, new system image certification and Windows client deployments.

The successful candidate will be required to operate on an operational rotated basis as follows:

*Continued operational support coverage made available from 7:00am to 8:00pm (Mon-Fri) via the following two shift basis weekly pattern on a one week about resource rotated basis.

oShift 1 - 7:00am to 3:30pm (inclusive of 30 minute unpaid lunch break);

oShift 2 - 11:30am to 8pm (inclusive of 30 minute unpaid lunch break);

o(OR) General shift working from 9:30am to 6pm (inclusive of 30 minute unpaid lunch break).

*On-call support to be provided from 8:00pm to 7:00am on weekdays and 24 hours on the weekends (inclusive of Public Bank Holidays) on a one week about resource rotated basis.

Key Skills & Experience:

*Significant expertise in Desktop Engineering, Patch Management, Image Management, Software Deployment.

*Quantifiable knowledge in implementation and management of Microsoft SCCM 2007/2012.

*Significant knowledge in Server and Desktop Operating systems.

*Significant quantifiable experience in OS deployment using MDT ,SCCM or any other tools.

*Quantifiable extensive hands-on experience on network management.

*Significant Knowledge on Active Directory.

*Good Administration Knowledge on Microsoft System Centre site server and distribution point.

*Knowledge and understanding of Software deployment through various tools.

*Significant knowledge on Imaging administration.

*Significant quantifiable experience OS patch management for Server and Desktop OS.

*Quantifiable knowledge on software packaging, deployment and troubleshooting.

*In-depth knowledge on OS deployment using MDT,SCCM or any other tools.

*Constantly seeks to improve technical knowledge and researches new product capabilities.

*Sharing Global Threat updates with the cross functional teams to create awareness on as and when basis.
