Instrumentation Technician- £35,000-40,000 -Crewe
A leading Pharmaceutical consultancy are looking to bring in an experienced Instrument Technician to join their team based in Cheshire on a permanent basis.

The role will be to provide a responsive and reliable engineering service to the site in order to maximise the safe operation, compliance and effectiveness of site facilities and equipment.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
* To provide a professional engineering maintenance and repair service to the assets and fabric of the site
* To optimise the operation of production and site services assets with technical intervention / support as required, ensuring compliance to schedule, documentation, safety.
* Undertake planned preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, repair activities and inspection routines on facilities and equipment as required.
* To identify and purchase required spares and consumables for planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
* To undertake installation, commissioning and qualification activities
Qualification/ Skills & Attributes:
* Nationally recognised Apprenticeship, or equivalent in an Engineering discipline
* NVQ level 3 in a secondary engineering discipline or completion of the site Modern Working Practices Programme.
* Capable of operating in a multi-skilled environment with a high degree of troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to make decisions and operate with minimum supervision.
* Strong team player
