We are currently recruiting for a few EM+S Consultants and a manager for one of the world leading tech companies.

Experience of the Consultant role:

The role is where you will help customers maximize their return on investment in Microsoft Cloud services, improve customer satisfaction and drive consumption across the EMS workloads.

You will join a dedicated team that is responsible for connecting with and guiding Microsoft Cloud service customers and partners in their journey to adoption and consumption of their entitled workloads.

Key skills & Background:

2 years working in a customer facing role.

Account or relationship management experience.

Customer facing services experience (technical pre-sales or account management)

Excellent communication skills, articulate and clear verbal and written skills with the ability to have an open dialogue with customer & partner; and convey complex scenarios in a language that is understood by their audience

A project management certification or equivalent work experience in the field is a bonus.
