Senior Software Tester / Head of Automation Testing with excellent team leadership, management and ‘hands on' skills with the drive and focus to enhance and create a world class team of Software Testers is required by a Global Company based in Brisbane, Australia.

IMPORTANT - LOCATION: This job is based in Brisbane, Australia - The Company is looking for UK based candidates who want to relocate and work overseas in Brisbane, Australia - Visa Sponsorship and Relocation Package Available.

PLEASE NOTE: This job is split between management and ‘Hands On' Testing. Candidates MUST be able to use Automated Testing Tools.

Working as the Senior Software Tester / Head of Automation Testing your world encompasses your team, technology, and your customers. On the team front, you can exercise your leadership and assess capability and capacity, run successful technical bootcamps and bring future generations into the organisation, provide training and upskilling, try new ways of doing things, immersing yourself in your team, use the Company's Agile breakout rooms, and create team hubs where everyone brainstorms and brings wild ideas into shape.

As the Senior Software Tester / Head of Automation Testing, your customers will depend on your sleekly developed Consulting skills to be guided on all things Automation - from understanding best practices in complex technical environments involving multiple tools and applications to creating new frameworks that will bring efficiency, capability, and value for their teams.
