Based in Manchester, our client is a world leading manufacturer who has multiple sites across the UK. Working alongside 2 others within IT, you will be recognised as the 'go to' expert in 1st and some 2nd line support! With a central IT division to the group, you'll be providing front line helpdesk support via phone or email to users assisting with any hardware and software problems. This is mainly Manchester based however occasional support to other sites will required so a driving licence is essential (once or twice a month).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual to take full ownership of a role in a business that will allow you gradually take on more responsibility!

The role:

* 1st / 2nd line support

* Close knit and experienced team of 4

* Windows, Desktop hardware, Phone, emails, VMware, Exchange server, Backups

* Remote and face to face support

* Occasional travel is expected once / twice a month (Expenses paid)

* Working within a supportive, fun and friendly work environment.

The Person;

* 1st / 2nd line support experience

* Windows/ Desktops/ email / Phone / Vmware

* Knowledge of Veeam is desirable

* Looking to become a well-rounded IT Support Engineer
