Save the Children International is currently recruiting an Enterprise Architect to design and integrate a number of major new technology projects across the entire organisation.

The position will be based in our central London office and is a permanent role. The Enterprise Architect (EA) will be responsible for integrating business, application, data, and technology architecture to create business solutions that are cost effective and compliant with EA standards.

The role will partner with both business and technology groups to ensure that proposed solutions align with the organisation's strategy, mission and vision.

In order to be successful you will bring/have:

* Experience leading the design and modelling of architectures for delivery, development, and support of projects.

* Understand and interpret requirements: probe for information, listen to information, influence people, facilitate consensus building, synthesise and translate ideas into actionable requirements, articulate those ideas to others along with identifying constraints, risks, etc.

* Partner with Solution Architects to provide consensus based scalable and adaptable technical architectural solutions

* Build awareness, define scope and immediate objectives for Enterprise Architecture

* Act as a lead member of the SCI Architecture Design Board to evaluate project proposals for 'architectural fit'

Support the SCI Architecture and Strategy Director to:

* Build the long-term strategic roadmap for Enterprise Architecture by collaborating with all relevant stakeholders

* Improve the model through continuous monitoring and regular updates

* Build Governance Structure

* Align IT architecture strategy and planning with the company's business goals and objectives

* Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines

* Lead the research, evaluation and selection of technology products

The base salary for this position is £80,000 plus 30-days annual leave and a contributory pension as part of a full benefits package.
