Change Manager - Skype for Business

I am currently working with a global law firm who are rolling out Skype for Business across their 700+ userbase.

They are going to replace all their phone systems with Skype for business and as their lawyers are on the phone all the time, this is a critical project.

The candidate will need to be able to educate and manage transition and adaptation to the new technology.

* The change planning would focus on:

* The profiles/use cases

* Equipment set up

* Training/materials (working with IT trainers)

* Communications

* Roll out plan and handover to service desk

If you don't have Change Management AND Skype for Business Rollout, unfortunately you won't be considered.
