Senior Business Analyst - Cyber security wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:

* 8+ years' working experience in an IT organization along with practice in applying information security standards, such as SO 27001 or cyber security best practices, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework

* Proven track record in analysing application infrastructure design, classification of apps in areas such as regulatory and non-functional as well as strong leadership in managing application stakeholders

* Competency of application onboarding and migration to new infrastructure platforms as well as organisation analysis mapping process and activity flows, roles and responsibilities

* Skillset in requirements and issues management leveraging tools such as JIRA and Odyssey along with infrastructure tools rationalisation, decom, and replacement (RFPs/RFIs)

* Proficiency in global project delivery with a proven history of providing analysis and solutions that support successful project delivery in a matrix environment as well as senior stakeholder management skills

* Ability to draw complex end-to-end processes into work-packages of requirements and capability in IT Service design as well as measurement, from 'product' to 'service-based' operations

* Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

* Liaising with stakeholders to collect requirements and perform requirements analysis for both new functions and supporting products

* Interacting between the business stakeholders, architecture group and Threat Defense operation team

* Understanding the business need and create a clear problem statement and vision for change

* Fostering the identification of opportunities and the development and validation of project / program Business Cases and expected benefits

* Partnering with engineering in the development of solutions to meet requirements, documenting current and to be processes, technologies, workflows and data flows

* Creating gap analysis, use cases and implementation plans

* Performing solution evaluations and selection, and extracting customer agreement on the solutions also ensuring the testing and successful delivery of solutions in line with the agreed specifications
