Role: Software Engineer C#

Location: Boscombe Down

Duration: 3 Months initially

Pay Rate: up to £475/day

My client are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join their team in Boscombe Down.

The Bespoke Applications Team, a part of the my clients Group IT function are responsible for the design, development and maintenance of software applications to support the Long Term Partnering Agreement (LTPA) and MoD customers.

We are looking for a software engineer to help design and develop a read-only version of a complex Aircraft Maintenance and Planning application working closely with a high-performing software team. This is a greenfield development, but experience with brownfield will be advantageous since this is a translation from an Oracle Forms based application to ASP.NET MVC (or equivalent).

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their expertise in both software engineering and database engineering.

This role can be based at either the Farnborough or Boscombe Down site
