In this role you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical and electrical / building services installations in luxury residential developments. You must have an eye for detail to maintain the companies' high standards of health and safety and compliance, as well as understanding client needs.

This role would suit a mechanical or electrical project manager looking to take on a leading role in a specialist company.

The Role:

* Overseeing mechanical / electrical installations

* Liaising directly with clients to ensure their needs are met

* Maintaining health & Safety and compliance

* Ensure documentation is kept up to date

* £50,000 - £65,000 + Progression + Training + Excellent benefits

The Person:

* Mechanical / electrical background

* Project engineer / management experience

* Experience in high end residential developments

* Eye for detail, working to high standards

* Excellent communication skills
