Business Development ManagerCyber SecurityGlasgowUp to £60k plus Double Uncapped OTE Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a Cyber Security company based in Glasgow. They are looking for a successful new business salesperson to generate new accounts for the company. Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working for a cyber security company so they have a clear understanding of the market and is able to get to grips with their complex technical solutions. You will also need to be self-motivated and autonomous to generate new business successfully and go out to visit clients across Scotland. You will also need to be able to commute to a Glasgow based office.This role can play to your strengths as it can either be a win and retain position which enables you to also manage some accounts as time goes on, or a win and pass position where you focus on new business. You will be covering the Scottish region and potentially Northern England, selling to a number of different verticals at different levels. Our client would be interested in someone with a desire to meet as many potential clients as possible and hence spend plenty of time in the field. In return, our client offers plenty of support including outsourced marketing to develop the brand and generate inbound leads, as well as leads coming from their network and vendor partners. This opportunity offers great earning potential with uncapped commission where you will be rewarded for as much as you put in to this role. You will also be able to grow alongside the company who have more than quadrupled their turnover in the last few years. They also have brilliant technical links and multiple awards from vendors due to their technical focus. You will also receive mentoring and support from their senior sales team who have a number of years experience in the field.Requirements for this position:

Recently worked for a cyber security provider and able to get to grips with multiple solutions'€¢

Able to confidently communicate with senior sales management and close new business sales'€¢

Able to commute to clients based in Scotland and potentially northern England as well as sometimes working from home
