Scrum Master - 6 months - Central London

Utilities client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master who is certified with experience in digital deliveries from customer led design right through to deployment. Experience in agile tools and techniques are a must and you'll be required to give guidance and coaching to stakeholders, provide focus and direction, resolve ambiguity and uncertainty and achieve programme and projects goals.

Experience Required:

- Knowledge of working as a Scrum Master in an Agile Scrum environment.

- Experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

- Experience with multiple forms of Agile delivery, including Scrum and Kanban

- Excellent communication skills, with a close working relationship with Product Owner, Designers, BAs and other key stakeholders, with respect to managing and refining the product backlog

- Experience of supporting global territories and offshore development teams would be an advantage (but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversight of Agile team(s) as Scrum Master

- Hands on experience and good knowledge of Atlassian JIRA (generating reports, editing/setting up workflows, creating dashboards, sprint agile boards, feature boards, burn up / down charts etc)

- Strong experience in running agile events and different techniques involved (planning, retrospectives, demos, stand ups etc)

- Experience in conducting and/or participation in Scrum of Scrums meetings.

- Excellent communication skills, with a close working relationship with Product Owner(s), Designers, Technical BAs and other key stakeholders.

- Knowledge and experience of web application development cycle, CI (continuous integration), automated testing, issue management, code review and deployment practices.
