Are you currently working on a Service Desk with no progression? No training plan in place? No exposure to new technologies?

Working on the busy and bustling Service Desk you will be involved in Supporting the business, both Internally and with External Clients.
You will ideally have;
* Experience of working in a Service Desk environment; 1st/2nd Line Support work
* Knowledge of the Microsoft suite; Office 365, SharePoint Server & SharePoint Online
* Understanding of Microsoft Azure & Cloud Infrastructure
Your day-to-day will vary dependent on Projects and Systems supported but will typically include;
* Working with customers to identify, escalate and resolve issues.
* Being the Escalation point for issues that need triaged up to Consultant level when necessary
* Logging tickets and customer issues
* Input Documentation to Consultants to address with Clients
* Representing the wider business to Customers and Clients when necessary.
