Customer Success Manager £40,000 - £45,000London The CompanyMy client is a market leading Software Services provider based in central London. They specialise in providing document management and security solutions. The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders in the Customer Services, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, and will report directly to the CEO. Your main responsibilities will be:
'€¢Oversee all aspects of customer success in conjunction with the Customer Services Director, with the aim of offering a deeper level of support to our clients'€¢Improve information handling and account management of key clients to promote more opportunities for the sales team to close'€¢Assist in building information on projects and clients to support compelling collateral for the Sales and Marketing teams to use in competitive bids, tenders, sales pitches and marketing campaigns'€¢Turn customer feedback into actionable insights to help the Head of Product prioritise updates to the product roadmap'€¢Work closely with the CEO to improve customer satisfaction
Essential Skills
'€¢Minimum of five years' experience as a Customer Success Manager, or in a similar role'€¢Experience in NPS and measuring customer satisfaction'€¢Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce'€¢Experience with marketing technologies, like Hubspot'€¢Proven track record of working with large corporate clients'€¢Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers'€¢Self-motivated, forward-thinking and highly organised'€¢Outstanding presentation and communication skills'€¢Highly proficient in spoken and written English'€¢Additional European languages are an advantage, but not essential
