Technical Project Manager (Agile Prince 2 PMP SAFe). Would you like to work at a technology focussed scale-up FinTech where you can make a real impact whilst enjoying flexible working (up to 2 days a week at home and flexible hours)?

As a Technical Project Manager you will lead and coordinate technical and product delivery projects as well as longer running improvement programmes. Partnering with business stakeholders, Product Owners and Analysts you will help develop objectives and requirements and coordinate the delivery and data driven evaluation of project results. You will be an advocate of Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban) and coach teams to drive continuous improvement of delivery management as well as establishing project management best practices.

You'll be based in modern City offices with a start-up feel and a collaborative motived team environment.

Requirements:

*Strong technical know-how, with a Computer Science degree or software development background

*Experience of leading Agile delivery teams using methods such as Scrum and Kanban with commonly used tools such as Jira

*Agile certification coupled with a good knowledge of at least one other methodology (e.g. Prince 2, PMP, SAFe)

*Good knowledge of microservices and Cloud (AWS) based environment

*Basic scripting skills

*Advanced written and communication skills

*Desire to work in a start-up and be influential

As a Technical Project Manager you will earn a competitive salary (to £75k) plus bonus and benefits including share options, 5% pension, 25 days holiday plus a generous training, equipment and IT budget.
