Dynamics AX Support Manager - £60,000 - Leeds

I am working with a fantastic End User in Yorkshire that are looking for someone with a background in both general IT & Dynamics AX support in relation to business processes. You will join the team at a team leader position and given the responsibility of managing a small team with a mixture of Functional Business Analyse and technical support output.

They are currently going through a D365 Implementation project and looking for someone to join the project team, managing Operations Support and core business systems. This will be a very varied and interesting role, with a fantastic opportunity to work on a Green Field D365 Project

What you can achieve:

What you will bring to the table:

* Proven background in an IT Technician/ Support role

* Experience with MS Dynamics AX - D365, AX2012, AX2009

* Background working in a small team with increased responsibility

* Experience working from a requirements gathering/ business analysis point of view

* Dealing with a support desk and system ticketing function

* Strong understanding of various software applications

* Broad knowledge of development, testing and infrastructure would be beneficial

* Experience with IT Service Change Management would be excellent to have
