My West Midlands based NHS client are looking for an experienced Patient Safety Manager to join them on an interim basis for 3 months initially.

The successful candidate will have experience in the following:

* Extensive Patient Safety Manager experience

* Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis

* Experience being responsible for the Duty of Candour

* Conducting Serious Incident Investigations

With a particular focus on Patient Safety, a Clinical background is desirable however not essential. This individual will be working alongside the wider Risk team as well as other directorates in the Trust.
