Job Title: Service Engineer

Location: London

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum

The company is a specialist security company with more than twenty years' service offering bespoke Security solutions. They specialise in custom-built Integrated Security Systems including; - Entryphone, Closed Circuit Television, Intruder Alarms and Access Control.

They are currently seeking a Service Engineer, who will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and servicing of a range of systems including IP CCTV, Access Control and Entry phone systems to sites in and around London City and the West End.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned maintenance of Security systems, including repairs, fault-finding and installation

* Provide a reliable, courteous, efficient and effective service.

* Participating in the out of hours callout rota (approx. 5-6 times per year). Incentives apply.

* Follow H&S legislation & guidance.

* Complete appropriate administration and maintain accurate records.

* Extra hours/over time may be available, if interested

* Communicate effectively and provide an excellent customer service at all times

* There is a set probationary period (6 months).

Skills & Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Security Systems Installations and Maintenance of Integrated Access Control, CCTV, Entryphone & Intruder Alarm Systems

* Hold either a CSCS or ECS card

* You will be able to communicate effectively and be a good problem solver

* Security screening carried out for various sites, so a clean criminal record is a must

* Be adaptable and a strong team player, as you will work closely alongside team of other engineers

Holiday and Benefits:

* Holiday leave entitlement will be 20 working days per year (excluding bank holidays)
