A market leading healthtech company is urgently seeking a Senior Data Research Scientist that utilises patient data in order to create innovative processes to give patients better care! This client creates these solutions using AI across various therapeutic areas.

You will work closely with the wonderful data science team across many therapy areas with the aim to guide patient focus for all products and ensure that projects maintain a clinically and biologically relevant emphasis. You will have the confidence and skill to translate business and clinical requirements for the use of clinical data into the drug discovery and development pathway. You will be leading the Data Science team and safeguarding that their work fits the biological rationale for the research/benefit and delivered efficiently.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will work alongside the data science team through a variety of therapeutic regions, making sure there is a solid biological basis for research, as well as ensuring there is an obvious benefit to patients for each project. Involved will be interpreting clinical/business needs, building strategy and operational needs for the use of clinical data into the drug discovery and development path.

What skills/experience should you have?

Working closely with the business units to determine the market research needs for the brands

Designing and commissioning adhoc primary market research projects

Managing secondary and syndicated market research projects

Offering expert advice to the Business Analyst team to enable insight led forecasts to be produced

Liaising with EMEA and global colleagues on cross country projects

Being a member of the Core Value Team to provide expertise and aid decision making for the brands
