Programme Manager - Malvern
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to join a cutting-edge and industry leading software house based at their Malvern office. This Programme Manager role is perfect for someone with extensive Programme / Project Management experience with a history of managing software projects in a product delivery environment.
The successful Programme Manager will be coordinating, tracking, reporting and delivering the immediate and long-term product road map for a high-volume SaaS platform. As a Programme Manager you will be working with business analyst, development and testing teams within an agile environment.
Essential skills and experience required for the Programme Manager:
* Extensive programme / project management experience within an agile team
* Strong experience with SaaS products and cloud technologies
* Track record of managing multiple, concurrent software projects
* Strong technical background with the ability to understand the basics of technologies including APIs, JSON, PHP, HTML
* Confident decision-making, consensus building and conflict management
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills across multiple channels with excellent attention to detail
