Security Assurance LeadRemote Working - UK
£70,000 - £85,000 + excellent benefits.
We are taking IoT to the next level working with the Big Data captured by devices globally, in to useful information that we can use today, to bring value to the end user and simplify the connectivity of their assets. We are looking for a Security Assurance Lead to drive security across the business.
Role Overview:
• You will be writing and enforcing security policies for the product and the development process.
• Working with the development team to advise on everything security during the development cycle.
• Recommending security tools the business can use.
• Tracking and applying the appropriate industry security standards.
• Help the organisation towards security accreditations such as ISO27001
• Interfacing with external security bodies to understand and influence their thinking about IoT security
• Building your knowledge of OWASP, IoTSF - IOT Security Foundation, W3C.
Essential Skills:
• Knowledge of Industry standard accreditations such as ISO27001
• Prior exposure of taking a business through ISO27001
• Secure software development cycle SDLC (ideally in Python)
• Written and verbal communications skills including training and presenting
Desirable Skills:
• Offensive Security techniques - Penetration Testing
• IOT Security
• Background in Software Development with Python
